At Pharma Biological, we take pride in delivering high-quality nutraceutical, ayurvedic, and herbal products through reliable third-party manufacturing services. Since our operations are B2B and custom-manufactured as per client requirements, our return and refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. No Return on Customized Orders

All products manufactured by Pharma Biological are made to order based on client specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns once the production process has started or the goods have been delivered.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in specific cases such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transit

  • Incorrect delivery (wrong product or quantity)

To initiate a refund, the client must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the order, along with supporting documentation (photos, invoice, etc.).

3. Inspection & Verification

Upon receiving a refund request, our quality control team will inspect the reported issue. If the claim is found valid, a refund will be processed or a replacement will be provided as agreed upon.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once raw material procurement or manufacturing starts, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Logistics Errors

In the rare event of a shipping error caused by our team, we will take full responsibility and either re-ship the correct order or issue a refund, as per mutual agreement.
