2. Custom Manufacturing
All products are manufactured as per client specifications and requirements. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and designs — is the intellectual property of Pharma Biological or its partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are quoted based on formulation, quantity, packaging, and other specifications. A formal quotation will be provided after requirement analysis. All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before dispatch or as mentioned in the manufacturing agreement.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays caused by external factors (logistics, raw material availability, etc.) may occur and will be communicated accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pharma Biological will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific manufacturing batch in question.
7. Product Claims & Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their product labels, marketing claims, and brand communications comply with local, national, and international laws. We assist with documentation but final compliance is the client’s responsibility.
